Through our partnership with ClosingLock, clients receive a protected portal for document uploads and e-signatures. This secure workflow replaces risky email attachments and keeps everything encrypted, organized, and easy to track.
To protect against identity fraud, ClosingLock’s system performs biometric ID-to-selfie matching. Clients upload their government ID, take a quick selfie, and the system verifies the match—ensuring every signature is legitimately authorized.
For certain transactions, we may offer the option to send closing funds through ClosingLock’s secure wire system. To avoid timing issues, we only use this feature when it has been discussed and approved directly with our office. This ensures funds arrive safely and on the correct timeline.
As settlement approaches, our team prepares the ALTA/HUD, confirms all funds, completes any required e-signing, and keeps every party aligned so closing day remains smooth and predictable.

After settlement, we promptly submit all required instruments for recording—such as deeds, mortgages, and other county-filed documents. Once recorded, we immediately send digital copies of all recorded instruments back to the appropriate parties, ensuring clients, lenders, and agents receive proof of recording without delay.
We disburse funds promptly, issue title policies, close out the file, and remain available for any questions or follow-up items. The relationship doesn’t end at the table—we continue supporting our clients long after closing.
