Sarah has worked in the title insurance industry and property management since 2005 and has been licensed in the title industry since 2012, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on real estate experience to every transaction. A third-generation landlord, she offers a unique, multi-generational ownership perspective that strengthens her understanding of investor needs, long-term asset protection, and transactional risk. 

Her background blends title processing, settlement operations, underwriting agency management, and property oversight—allowing her to view each transaction from both the ownership and settlement sides. Throughout her career, she has worked directly with title and settlement offices to improve efficiency, strengthen operations, and ensure compliant, seamless closings.

As a full-time professional, Sarah has handled everything from daily operations and complex curative matters to purchase and refinance settlements, underwriting compliance, and office management. 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Baltimore and an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Anne Arundel Community College. Her diverse background and depth of experience allow her clients and partners to feel confident entrusting her with their settlements, staff training, and post-closing support, knowing every detail is handled with precision, compliance, and care.

Sarah is also a commissioned Notary Public since 2005 and has extensive hands-on experience in property management, lending further insight into landlord-tenant matters, investor transactions, and long-term portfolio protection. In addition, her husband’s background as an MHIC-licensed contractor working in high-end residential construction, including numerous luxury rehabs, custom additions, and the renovation of their own primary residence, provides her with valuable exposure to construction quality, renovation planning, inspections, and repair considerations that often impacts real estate transactions. 

A mother of three, Sarah brings a grounded, highly organized, and client-centered approach to her work. She has worked in all aspects of the title industry, including within a real estate brokerage environment. Her ability to manage each stage of a transaction provides a unique and valuable perspective at the settlement table. She understands that every closing represents not just a transaction, but a relationship built on trust, time, and dedication—and she treats each one with the care, accuracy, and professionalism it deserves.
